m8 im ripped af. I use 1 machine. the vending. 10/10,

 

Na, heavy weights. 90kg Bench, 150kg Deadlift, 410kg Leg Press (Cant squat now due to back)

Crossfit is lyf, Run for 25 mins at different paces every 1 min, Cycle for 10 mins on hard level.

Bench press 

8-12 reps - 4 sets 

last set till failure 

 

incline bench press 

8 - 10 reps - 4 sets 

last set till failure 

 

Dumbbell flyes

12 reps - 3 sets

last set till failure 

 

incline dumbbell flues 

10 reps - 3 sets

last set till failure

 

Super set "try to not rest" 

- Push ups "15 reps - 3 sets"

I do a workout i went from 184 lbs to 164 lbs last summer. Have some picturess

 

I did 1 mile 3-4 times a week and sometimes 10 50 yard dashes instead of a mile.

 

Then i had 3 weight training workouts   that I did msg if you want them

Then i ate 50 carbs and less each day then gg ripped

I call bullshit on the 900lbs leg press. that's 10 plates each side.. That's nearly the world record.

For example, bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman is featured in videos wherein he leg presses 2,300 pounds (1,043 kg) for a full eight repetitions. World recordholder William Silva has leg pressed 1,000 pounds 60 repetitions in 1 minute unequipped.

But i forgot you know exactly who i am and how i work out. If you want me to be precise its actually 431 kg. Including the weight of the machine.
